Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Typing Guru, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our typing tutor software (online or offline versions).
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within 7 days from the date of purchase.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the software (app / web application / desktop version) must not have been activated or the license key used.
Digital products are generally non-refundable after activation due to their instant delivery nature.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at typingguru13@gmail.com with your request.
Include your order details: purchase date, email used for purchase, transaction ID / receipt / proof of purchase.
Clearly state that the software has not been activated.
We will review your request within 2–5 business days and respond accordingly.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet after approval:
- First, check your bank/credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank — there is often a processing delay.
